All orders are processed within one full week of your purchase and shipped via Czech Post from Prague.

You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order as well as for delivery.

Please feel free to contact me with any problem or question you have, And I will do my best to answer you as soon as posible.

Currently I do my art and run my bussnies completly alone so please be patient and understand I want the best for you and who ever gives support to my art.

The shipping costs are:

- to Czech Republic: €3 (Free Over €50)

- to the EU / UK: €7 (Free Over €100)

- to the rest of the world: €10 (Free Over €120)
